A Full SaaS Platform, Engineered From Zero
Daily Companion Β· SaaS / Coaching Platform
Overview
Daily Companion is a white-label platform that lets career and life coaches launch their own fully branded coaching app β content, payments, booking, AI coaching, and analytics in one place. This was not a marketing engagement. The client came to us with a vision and effectively no software. We were the entire product and engineering team: we designed, built, and shipped the whole thing.
The Challenge
A platform like this is deceptively hard. It's multi-tenant, so every coach gets their own branded companion. It's a marketplace, so money has to move cleanly between end clients, coaches, and the platform β with fees collected automatically and correctly, at scale, across currencies. And it has to be reliable enough that a coach's entire livelihood can sit on top of it. Most teams would need a year and a full department just to attempt it.
Our Solution
We stood up custom code across our own servers in a microservice architecture β isolating auth, billing, content delivery, and analytics so each piece can scale and fail independently without taking the platform down. Then we engineered the hardest part, the money layer: a full Stripe integration handling subscriptions, tiered pricing, multi-currency, and marketplace logic that automatically collects platform fees on every coach who sets up shop. On top of that we layered the complex business logic the product actually needed β resource-hub gating, engagement tracking, and real-time revenue dashboards β then wrote a complete, tested end-to-end suite so nothing ships on hope. The reason we could compress a departmental, year-long build into what our small team delivered comes down to who's on the team: engineers who've built and hardened payment and enterprise systems at firms like PayPal and KPMG, among other brands. That pedigree is exactly why the billing and marketplace layer β the part that quietly kills most startups β was solid from day one.
Where It's Headed
What we shipped is already compounding on its own. The platform is live, coaches are standing up their own branded companions, and growth is organic β every coach who joins brings their own clients onto the system, which turns each new account into a distribution channel of its own. It's already producing real, recognized businesses: one of the coaches on the platform, Iv Jaeger, built her BrainPeace program on Daily Companion and earned press for it β including a feature in a German newspaper. The infrastructure was built to carry all of it: multi-tenant, marketplace-ready, and engineered to scale without a rewrite. Daily Companion didn't just get a product; they got a foundation that gets stronger the more it's used.

βThey didn't just build features β they built the whole business. Payments, infrastructure, the complex parts nobody else wanted to touch. It works, it scales, and coaches are bringing their own clients onto it every week.β
In the Press

BrainPeace β built on Daily Companion by coach Iv Jaeger β featured in a German newspaper (Mannheim), spotlighted among the region's most promising young ventures at the Long Night of Innovation & Culture.
